I’ve been a Comway user for about 2-3 years now before which I was on Excitel. Comway marketed themselves on having no FUP.
The sales team recently called me and upgraded me to a 300Mbps plan which costed lower than my current 120 Mbps plan for a quarterly plan.
There was absolutely no mention of FUP being enforced. I realised it only after I checked it in the app
The customer support is absolutely horrible at providing any useful info, probably a bunch of idiots who can only create connection not working tickets.
One of the reply I got was “jitna data hai utna milega” which absolutely pissed me off.
I wanted to check if others ran into this issue. If not, let this be a FYI thread to folks who want to continue with Comway
