Hey everyone,

My friend has decided to buy a new PC. Budget is 18k, at max can stretch to 20k. He only needs it for general use (net surfing etc). He is not a gamer, but would like to play games like fifa and cricket occasionally.

I was thinking of an AMD based config, 512 mb ram, onboard graphics (and buy a dx10 card later when he upgrades his rig in a yr or so ?).

The config should include a decent dvd burner and low end speakers.

can you guys pls suggest a good config

thanks a lot dude. looks good. anyone would make any changes in this config ?

get a 160hgb HDD for 2800(approx) Seagate rather than 80gb....and also get get a 3200+ instead of 3000+, this additions will take the cost of the PC to 20K but will be well worth it
