Confused between a camcorder and Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35?

@krishnenduk

i home is near the town, ... exact speaking karapuzha. The image quality is awesome. You meant image quality of stills or movie?

Ive got some addons, like closeup/macro kit, UV and CPL filter and 46-52mm and a 52-55mm adapters. Maybe we can meetup and discuss bout improving the quality.

about stills... I tried both indoors and outdoors... but the image quality was not what i expected.. Pictures took by my old canon 3.2MP camera was way much better.. but dont know if any settings went wrong!!!:(

I have a doubt... my camera is NTSC version.. Does that makes any change to stills or videos?

natively, ie without any adapter/tubes it can take 46mm filters/polarizers etc.

Get a 46mm uv filter. You will suffer from vignetting with most 46mm adapters on max wide angle zoomed out images.

The outer barrel ring has dia 58mm. You can opt for upgrades with 58mm too, make sure the primary lens doesnt hit the addition when zooming while using 58mm threadings.

btw, have a look at some of the amazing upgrades for FZ 35
