CPU/Mobo confused..quad or e7200

hi guys ,now after selling my cpu & mobo,i need another rs6500 for a e7200 and gigabyte ga ep31 ds3l,for the same amount i can also upgrade to a q6600 quad on my present mobo.Now which direction should i go for pure gaming performance???

IMHO Q6600 is better :bleh:....I would have loved to own a quad

yeah go for the quad its the future but e7200 is very good for gaming

why the ep31?doesn't it have problems with RAM?
Q6600 runs hot,don't expect to oc it high on stock cooler.

The Q6600 run very very hot on the other hand the E7200 runs cool and will do 4Ghz while the Q6600 will not go past 3.2 without heavy cooling at least in most cases ..i say go for the 7200 and later jump to the 45nm Quads.
