Umm, could you guys tell me their prices in India? Also the orange san francisco price online is Rs. 8,000 which seems to be too good to be true.

Orange San Francisco B08 (ZTE Blade) is not available in india officially well u can get as many getting from ebay uk but i dont think so u will get it for 8k in hand.

overall three u hv to get from putside india so price depend on bids or buy now and shipping along with custom charges as u hv to buy from outside india

God if that device be sold at 10k mark, it would pretty much eat all those galaxy 3 and galaxy 5 (puny screen)

Its selling for 100 pounds in ebay UK. Through Aramex you can get it for ~8.5k-9k shipped including customs. There is a huge thread with 1800+ replies in TE

But the biggest thing, it runs Andriod 2.1, and if anything goes wrong with the phone, I guess I'm pretty much done for right?

Plenty of custom froyo roms available. And 2.3 based on Cyanogenmod is already out but not stable yet. If something goes wrong yea i think pretty much done for. But if anything does happen maybe you can try getting it fixed by Dell since they sell the XCD35 here.
