I am looking to buy a new headphone.

The reviews on Flipkart were pretty good for this model(http://www.flipkart.com/sony-mdr-zx...phone/p/itmczc2hhcvu5g4z?pid=ACCCY2APZ5482MQQ). And since this comes with a 1 year warranty, I prefer this over the Philips headphones.

When I was looking in Junglee for shops selling it online, I found two choices -
http://www.junglee.com/Sony-MDR-ZX100-BQIN-On-Ear-Headphone/dp/B0073T2SCE/ (Rs.645)
and
http://www.junglee.com/Sony-MDR-ZX100-B-Headset/dp/B0075449O2 (Rs.739)

I searched for a bit but could not find the ZX100/BQIN on the Sony website.

Also in eBay, someone is selling it for Rs.599 while another is selling it for Rs.710.
1.http://www.ebay.in/itm/Sony-MDR-ZX100-B-Monitoring-Headphones-/150854448294 (Rs.599)
2.http://www.ebay.in/itm/Sony-MDR-ZX100-Earphone-Headphone-4-Dell-Acer-HP-Samsung-PC-Laptop-Tablet-/180765028263 (Rs.710)

Search result - http://www.ebay.in/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=sony mdr zx100&_sop=15

Those who are selling it for low price, are those refurbished products?
Which one should I buy?

P.S: Will the KOSS ED1TC be a better option?

^ One of my friend has these headphones, the SQ is not good (may be they justify for the price). What is your budget and listening choices. :)

I listen to music on my speakers. Will use this with my laptop to watch movies(all types - action, romance, adventure) and lots of TV Series(for now, Castle, Burn Notice, The Shield, Game of Thrones, Person of Interest).

I used IEM's till now - Soundmagic PL11 (till one of monitors conked off) and now using the one which came with my LG Optimus One phone.
Some say IEM's damage ears much more than headphones. So want to move over to headphones. I want something which is sturdy. I am not an audiophile. The sound quality should be acceptable.

I was veering towards the Sony headphones since their line impedance is low and hence they are much more louder than the ones made by Philips.

I have no idea at all about the Koss headphone.

IMHO, If anything crosses 85db and listening to it for longer periods causes the damage. For those purposes you may go with Sony, but I believe Sony doesn't offer any warranty on headphones or earphones. That was a year ago, try to find about the warranty.

Even I don't have any idea on Koss :(

The Flipkart listing says that there is a 1 year warranty!!!

I listen at quite low volumes. But most of the people who commented on the Philips headphones said that the loudness was too low. Now I don't know anyone who has a Philips headphone. Otherwise I could have had checked them out.
