Constant BSOD and WHEA Uncorrectable Error: CPU Pin Abnormality - Seeking Help and Advice

I've been encountering a persistent issue with my PC lately, and after numerous attempts to diagnose the problem, I stumbled upon an abnormality with my CPU. I've been experiencing frequent Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) occurrences accompanied by the WHEA Uncorrectable Error, and it's been quite frustrating.

I decided to dig deeper into the issue and examined every component of my PC thoroughly. To my surprise, I found something unusual on one of the CPU pins. There seems to be a black, abnormal substance or discoloration on a specific CPU pin. I'm not entirely sure what caused it or what this substance might be, but it appears to be out of place and doesn't seem right.

Could this abnormality on the CPU pin be the potential cause behind the constant BSOD and WHEA Uncorrectable Error? I'm puzzled about what might have led to this issue and how it could affect the performance and stability of my system.

Has anyone else encountered a similar situation before? If so, what steps did you take to address it, and what could potentially cause such a black substance or abnormality on a CPU pin? I'm seeking advice and suggestions on how to proceed from here to resolve this issue and get my PC back up and running smoothly.

I have had a CPU work flawless even with a broken pin (as it turned out, it was one of the unused/reserved pin)

Broke a corner pin on my 1600... am I alright?

So a few days ago I had both my cpu and mobo ready to upgrade. I decided to build the entire PC, but it wouldn't turn on at all when I connected a power button from my old case and pushed it. Tried any solution (screwdriver didn't work; tried all orientations; disconnected GPU, changed RAM...

Now what's your exact CPU though?? also can you rinse the CPU in IPA without touching anything, just pour IPA and blow some air on it. If it's just surface grime affecting a good contact you might be saved.

Tried IPA and tootbrush, Not coming off which try with hot air hair dryer? And how did one pin turn like this is still a mystery.

Man I hate to say this but I think your CPU released the magic smoke (as Dave Jones from eevblog would put it)

The CPU is fried, and that happens in pair so your mobo might have sustained some damage too. Any way you can try to POST another CPU on the board at some shop or friends'?

Possibly gold plating on that pin may be removed and silver or copper layer below that may have Oxidized and turned black/grey. Gold plating was removed on few contacts of Pentium g3240 and i7 6700 i owned and they are still working fine without any issues. It is better to leave it as it is.

Try disabling fast startup mode in both bios and windows 10/11.(This solved BSOD issue with ryzen 5 1600 and asus B350 strix mobo)
Try running 4 passes of memtest86 to make sure memory and CPU are fine.
Make sure HDD is not having any bad sectors.
Make sure you are using good quality PSU.(A must for any PC)

it would have been initiated by the mobo ,remove your am4 backplate as well and have a look

After failed attempts with IPA and toothbrush, i tried with a needle and manage to scrap that Black thing i have removed 90% and now My PC is running for 2 hours without BSOD and Whea error.

Great it might just be grime then, affecting a proper contact. You can run ycruncher to stress the CPU a bit in case you have some doubts.
