Wants to work from home, has internet and all..

Any ideas where he can get some work, like article writing and all, and whats the pay like?

He should try forums like Digital Point, Warrior Forum, Name Pros, V7N, Net Builders

These are his best bet in my opinion. The pay is per word generally ranging from $0.01/word to depending on your quality. Articles, are normally of 300, 500 and 1000 words and so on! Payment is mostly by paypal.

Once he establishes himself on some of these forums where he can build his profile, sales thread etc, he can move on to next step like elance, getafreelancer for larger projects.
