Instead of converting your data to mobile app why not use the same Microsoft Excel mobile edition for Android from the Playstore (linked below)

i have an idea for a app. basically i have coded a excel file to generate some numbers when user puts some numbers. it shows pie chart n some numbers list. how do i make a app for it , put google ads also in it and put on play store.

I think u would required web services for it ...

extract values from excel and represent the output as json.

Then use chart.js to read and create a pie chart out of it on web and display
