Convert .mpg to .jpeg

I wanna convert .mpg file to .jpeg file.
Is there is any software to do it...
Actually its (images)been converted to mpg with the help windows movie maker.

Can anyone give me a solution at once????

Actually thats not a movie...
Its a video file which was Originally a collection image files. With the help of windows movie maker its been made to a video file (.mpg)
Now i wanna get the original images.
I hope now i am clear...

I dont wanna make it like animated .gif file...
i just want that to be image files.

I dont think print screen will get same the quality as the original.
I think video players too...
