51-70k Convertible laptop with active pen

Hi,
i am in market for a new laptop cum tablet.I am looking for a device with active pen or active digitizer built in with touch screen.

Basic feature :- convertible with touchscreen and active pen included or available for purchase.
Processor :- i5- 8th Generation / 7th gen
RAM:- 8GB / 16GB.
Storage :- SSD preferable .but can upgrade after purchase if it has a HDD.
Internal storage capacity :- 256GB SSD or any HDD (but should be upgradable.)
Screen :- 12-15 inch IPS FULL HD+
Purpose:- notes taking /studying and CAD
i will not play any games at all.
but i will run autocad and catia or other PLM /CAD softwares.
i will increase my budget if desired configuration is available at a reasonable price.

your suggestions and input is highly appreciated and thanks in advance.
 
Need budget you can afford. If you want top of the line, you cannot go wrong with microsoft surface pro

you wont get 7th/8th gen convertible laptops within your price range. best bet would be to get surface pro 4 6th gen core i5 at 60~65k. but ssd would be only 128gb and ram 4gb.

you can get latest surface pro 7th/8th gen if you have someone coming from USA to india

most i5 7th gen and 8th gen convertibles are in range 60-80 k

even surface pro 2017 i5--8GB- 128Gb is available for 79k

^ the amazon models you linked are from amazon global stores. are you sure you wont be charged customs on it?

can you show me the link for surface pro 2017 i5 for 80k. two months back I was searching for it and I couldn't find it below 1lakh

it is not from amazon global store.it is sold by cloudtail india, check the seller.Also if a product is from global store, prices inclusive of custom duty are listed + shipping additional. there is a global store advertisement at the bottom that might be confusing you .Also i checked the prices at local lenovo and HP stores and they were even lower than online price.
