Size. I have re-encoded 175 MB files to 90 MB with acceptable(for me) degradation in quality. Especially animated shows.

yes Ermp(Easy real media producer) is my chioce too as i have converted a lot of videos and used for my mobile phone...pretty easy to usee too...
