Taipei, Taiwan - March 13, 2009 Analyzing the Year 2008 -09 growth of Cooler Master Products in India , company decided to renew the contract with Acro Engineering Company, a distribution house head quartered in New Delhi for the next fiscal of 2009 – 10 for all range of Cooler Master Products for India business..
Acro Engineering Company is distributing Cooler Master products since last 5 years in India currently with three branches namely in Delhi, Mumbai, and Banglore. In 2009 – 10 company will be expanding its network by adding one branch to each region in order to reach out to more channel partners across ‘B’ class cities. Acro currently have Cooler Master, MSI, Patriot Memories and Amigo Notebook Accessories in their kitty.

“Acro has been our distributor for over 5 years now. Acro’s sales strategy and dedication towards Cooler Master brand have pushed us to conclude that they are the right partner for us. Also Acro not only sales on price points but promotes the product by educating the channel partner. This is one of the utmost importance for our products which is an additional point pushing us to Crown Acro in spite of others†says Mr. Crane Chen, India Country Manager, Cooler Master, Taiwan.

Mean while company will be terminating cooperation of products distribution with Top Notch Infotronix Pvt.Ltd. Chennai. Any service issues for the material sold by Top Notch will be handled by Acro Engineering Company. For R.M.A Acro Engineering co has tied up with OXFORD EXPRESS PRIVATE LIMITED for pick-up and drop service. Meanwile Cooler Master also appoints three Regional Heads to whom channel may contact for further information.

With these changes Cooler master has Bright future plans for Indian subcontinent and will be coming up with new range of PSUs , Computer Cases , Accessory products and customized products for Indian Market.

I think the dealers remains the same, atleast as far as chennai is concerned. I'll get more details on this and also how to contact the oxford express pvt. ltd to give the products for replacement.

Edit : Got more details on how to RMA. Basically one has to pack up the product and call up the oxford express couriers and they'll come and pick it up. Replacement will be delivered to you by the same company, no need to pay for the same.
