CM just copied or rebranded something. :P

Anyone seen a Zebronics GeForce4/Vulcan (with or without handle) before? :P
Various local/Chinese brands may have rebranded the same case with a different looking bezel at times. :)

Here is one of mine- very good build quality- eCube brand and quite identical to Zebronics Vulcan iirc (Geforce4 has a diff looking bezel).
Running a low power socket 939 setup to be replaced with something potent enough to pass off as a basic gaming rig if not an htpc. :ashamed:

Has 2x60mm rear fans.
Will be fitting with 2x80/92mm fans or 1x120mm fan at the top- handle maybe removed if need be.
HDD in actively-cooled HDD coolers in 5.25" bay.

This case has a channel to direct hot air from the 80mm exhaust of the psu to a vent on the other side of the case and intake fan on psu better be on the other end, as in the normal orientation, fan may trap some front panel cables or something.
So cannot use psu like VX450 unless the case is modded and i will be using a cheap, vfm and cool-running EA380 anyways.
I liked the idea of routing the warm/hot air totally away from any air-intake paths.
Fresh paint job for sure even though it has been maintained very well till date with no rusting or peeling. :P

Mini-ITX is great for the HTPC but the cost of the boards isn't. I'm wondering now; building something around a MicroATX board and a case this small would easily shave off some Rs. 3,000 - Rs. 4,000 off the build.

I can prolly wrap everything up excluding the drive around 10k if I go MicroATX. The ITX configuration would go upto 15k!

Would be nice if this case was ~2.5-3k including PSU!

This look much better than Geforce. the logo of zebronics cant be repositioned unlike the cm 336 when its placed horizontally.

This cooler master in not available anywhere.
I can't find any decent cabinet for my htpc, so going for vip 355 as of now till antec nsk comes in market.
I plan to replace the front faceplate with some diy stuff. otherwise good enough for me. what do you all suggest

Its not available in India as of now. Though i must say the case is perfect for a HTPC setup with lots of space and cool black. :ohyeah:

Noone needs an after market cooler in a HTPC :cool2:

The design is good but the width is less and so you can't install CCF, True etc.

Logo can be removed.
