Well if not better then equally good... Google for reviews... Wasie reviews are biased on noise levels so dont expect starice to have awasome rating... If you ignore the noise it works great... Funky had one ask him... Also rahul is using one... Ragain ice i think also uses a Starice...
 
I Hope one of them reads this atleast, and how muchdid they get their Proccy overclocked? (which one ofcourse too)
 
Well... Look at the Post your overclocks thread... Funky has posted there with his scores along with both XP 90 and StarIce...
 
I told you reviews will be biasd towards others cause of the noise levels... XP 90 is good choice... Dont forget to slap it with a good fan... For eyecandy you can opt in for a TT LED 92mm fan...
 
dont waste your money on heatspreaders.. sometimes they do more harm then good. positioning a small fan above the ram area will help more
 
Heat spreaders are useless. They trap heat inside them and actually heat the memory more than without them. Don't even think of buying a heatspreader. Most overclockers remove the spreader on performance memory as it is. If you wanna cool ur ram, just put a fan on top of it.
