Cooling Options

Okay so this is my new RIG

Processor – AMD Phenom II X2 555 BE

Motherboard – Biostar TA890GXE (ver 5.2 only) (Micro ATX)

RAM – CORSAIR XMS3 CMX4GX3M2A1600C9

Cabinet – NZXT Phantom Full Tower

Now i want to overclock the hell out of this and i want knowledgeable opinions on which cooling products should i go for, would a CPU cooler suffice, also the mobo comes with a preinstalled MOSFET heatsink, is that enough or should I look for other cooling options to keep my VRM temp in check, also plz suggest which thermal paste should i use for best results.

You can only unlock once, I will assume that you meant overclock. ;)

A budget would be nice for the cooler, as for the TIM a MX-2 tube should set you back by around 350.
 
OOPS !!! sorry yeah i meant overclock, the proccy got me alll tangled up LOL, budget is medium range but should be Value for Money. Any Suggestions ?
