Firstly, no one will take you seriously if you type everything in caps LIKE THIS.
Secondly, when you say custom liquid cooling, do you mean custom made or an existing product customized for your needs? Please be more specific about what you want.
Thirdly, have you already purchased the above config? If not, are you open to suggestions?

EDIT: Apparently, you are open to suggestions :p
1)Go for the 920, don't waste money on anything higher right now.
2)6GB of triple channel RAM for now, soon you will be able to pick up a lot more at half the current price.
3)Consider getting an SSD as your boot drive and a 1.5 or more TB drive as secondary drive/storage.

Oh yeah, get the Gigabyte X58 board...

I have some few questions about building my pc..,,.... 1:- Which proccessor is good Core2Extreme or i7 or any other (plz specify) i dont hav any budget in mind (max till 200k ) 2:- DFI UT SERIES is a good oc motherboard for i7 or specify a good motherboard for core2extreme. 3:- Which setup shall i go for SLI or Crossfire 4:- need a custom liquid system (means the parts that already are available in market) please do it fast

Firstly, 4.5Ghz stable 24x7 is a near impossible thing to do even on liquid cooling...that means you will overvolt past intels specified 1.325v and your procy WILL die within a few months...and theres really no point in keeping it that high....anyway if you want a W/C kit, get the swiftech apex ultima+

As for mobo, since you have OCing in mind, get the evga x58 classified or the foxconn bloodrage.

As for gfx card, get a single gtx295...It is enough to play all games maxed out at high resolutions, no need to waste 50k on 2xgtx285 sli.

for the config, i would suggest you spend only 120k now and 100k in like 1.5-2years later....120k now will get you a setup very much like mine which will pwn all games at highest settings at full HD,,,later you can get the fastest processor, again the westmere most likely and a new gfxcard....as the 6core 12thread westmere supports socket lga1366...really pointless spending 200k all at once.

EDIT: further your sig states you already have an i7...and there is no cooler called thermaltake 120i
