more to come later. My TFT has died on me and am waiting for a replacement. (It's usable, but it's hardly visible....very irritating)

I dont care about the E6300..

Hows the P5W-DH ? :p

What BIOS did it come with?

You have a Stepping 4 CPU, so I guess you didnt have any boot prob's..

wowweee!!! You lucky dog!!!

Now get cracking with the Conroes and post some decent benchies!! :p

And why 2 CPUs :S :S ??

wow! you lucky fellow! :hap2:

where did your water cooling kit go?

Congrats on ur Conroe Purchase KITT , nice to see u back here.

AFAIK first Conroe CPUz , Super PI screenshots on TE.

Can u please post the Sandra or Everest Screenshots , i wanna see the mem read write bandwidth.

Yo.. congrats on that purchase... conroe'll be the object of desire for awhile yet...

More interested in that mobo though. nice screenies... why 2 CPU's?

Post benchies soon!!!

Wow congrats KITT, awesome stuff there :D You got two of them? :O

@Anish its a E6300 with only 2 MB cache so its an allendale.

Thanks for the comments guys :)

@ vandal and Nikhil: 2 CPUs because one was for a friend. Bought them from Australia.

@Udit: My watercooling is still stuck in my other (now redundant) rig:

My current stuff will go in that case once I sell the parts from my opty rig. The case needs a little modding and i need to re-do my watercooling loop.

I'll run more benchmarks later.

managed to break 20 secs in Super Pi.

Still at 2.8 GHz, but sorted my RAM timings out.

Stay tuned ;)

Any plans to change the ram or are you gonna stick with ur current ones?
Nothing wrong with the RAM. Does 450 MHz 4-4-4-8 memtest stable. Haven't had time to test it further.

Here's a sandra shot:

I'll tweak it some more tomorrow. It's 11.30 PM here, and I'm off to bed ;)
