Yes....i would like to pick up a good motherboard in Mumbai. Prefeberly the Asus P5B or the Gigabyte GA-P965-ds3 /ds4 series.
I am also looking for a couple of X2 3800's if they are under 9k.
Can someone tell me where i could pick these up in Mumbai

Read through the http://www.techenclave.com/forums/conroe-motherboard-discussion-76393.html thread for any info on boards you guys might require. Mention your budget for recommendations. Accordingly decide on the Core 2 Duo model you need based on your budget/overclocking capabilities required.
As per DDR2 RAM, options available in India are pretty shabby except for stuff from Corsair. Funky/Udit recently picked up Corsair Value select sticks and so far Funky has confirmed that his has Micron D9 chips, which are good for overclocking.
X2 3800+'s are around ~ 8.5k in places like Chennai , Bangalore. Except Mumbai where dealers still seem to be charging prices in the 9~10k range.

i noticed there is only 1 IDE connector on that mobo
ill have trouble putting up my 2 HDD's(pata) and 2 optical drives :|
