However according to CDC everyone above 6 months of age should get annual flu shots.
Yes, you've read it right...above 6 months!! That's CDC at its best.
Medical education should include a chapter on the glorious failures of modern medicine.

Yeah, lot of money in it. Everyone is advised to get one in Canada too but I've never bothered even though it is free.
 
What do you guys think of this new concept of vaccine passport?
Israel kind of already started it. Another way of dividing people and interfering with personal freedom and privacy.
Even as a practitioner of modern medicine and public health specialist, I'm dead against it.
 
Guys whats this with we ourselves have to arrange for remdesvir (may be spelling is wrong) if we are admitted to hospital?
My mother in law was admitted today and they told us to bring 6 veils of the injection and when asked where to get, hospital says we don't know.
Now my brother and cousin are using their contacts as my cousin works with a pharmaceutical company.

It's been happening since months now. Everyone gets a share, and keeps a blind eye. The affected one suffers.

Nope. Most ICUs in DELHI NCR are full. Same for Maharashtra. Too many cases, supply isn't that high

I am ashamed to say this ... but dealing with drug peddlers ???? I have seen peddlers selling their stuff outside of colleges in front of the cops. In that respect, they are literally the worst at doing their jobs. Also, this black marketing of important drugs, when the Epidemic Act is in force in India has been doing on since the first lock down was announced. Everyone gets a cut and everyone doesn't give a hoot about the people dying in the hospitals. During the 100k+ days last year, we had all heard rumors and there were an article or two in the newspapers about even hospitals getting into the racket and having people pay ungodly sums of money for everything, not just Remdesivir. Price gouging is a real thing in India and literally everyone involved will happily let people suffer or die to make a quick buck.

Its a very sick state of affairs in our times.
 
It's an open secret no one wants to talk about, let alone know about it. There will always be good cop, bad cop. A timely action by that cop at that time could have saved someone's future being destroyed. But who are we to judge.
It pains when the law enforcements meant to serve the public goes against the very oath they take to serve the people.

world over there would be bastille revolution , if we go for lockdown there would be day light robbery and murder .we might have to live with it
