Correct buying price of second hand desktop

Hi I am new here and need guidance regarding buying price of a second hand desktop pc.

Below are the specs for the same. Processor - i5 12400F 6C 12T Ram - 16gb Ddr 5 5200MH SSD -1 tb Gen 4 Gpu - Nvidia GTX 1650 ddr6 Motherboard - Msi mortar b760m gen 5 supported Case - Gamdias Atlas M1 with Digital Temprature monitor Controller - Cosmic byte ares White Monitor - Acer Ha240y 1080 120Hz refresh rate

How much are they asking for the parts?

Also mention warranties, if any.

Are you sure you are getting all this for 32k?
Because my calculations are giving an estimate of around 38-40k
The motherboard sells new for around 18k. With 2 year warranty it would be at least 13-14k if not more.

Yes I am sure.
I am uncertain about the gpu (being 1650) how well it will perform in todays time....rest product seems fine.
Should I go for it then ?

You won't be able to play any latest games
Like Black Myth Wukong etc
Maybe low 1080p or medium 720p. But it won't be a good experience for them, low fps

You can play fps games like Valorant, Fortnite just fine

Also, a I said above, the monitor is 75hz, not 120hz, so make sure you want it

So is it a good deal for 32k or I should skip it.
