Reservoir can be made easily from acrylic sheet. For starters any good carpenter can help in cutting acrylic according to ur plan for reservoir.
For DC pump , you can source one from aquarium shop or RO purification share shop or electronic shop which deals in solar product.

what about a rad and cpu block ? i guess those cant be found locally in india and needs to be sourced....

Rakesh, from your photos earlier in the thread, I can see what you mean. Must be a lot cheaper as well? The case I'll be working on is a Corsair 750D which has grommets at the back so perhaps I can mount the reservoir at the back, outside the case, instead of somewhere inside like you have done.
So two questions, apart from any other suggestions you may have:
1. Does increasing the tubing length affect the cooling in any way? if yes! I suppose a more powerful motor can counter this?
2. As dark.lord asked, where are such mounts for the CPU and GPU available in India? More specifically, what keywords would one use?

CPU block can be fabricated from copper and acrylic.. and as per rad... All air conditioners and cars have a radiator. You can reduce the size of any old/scrap AC radiator by cutting tubes and all car have a small heat ex-changer which is a good small radiator. This one I have used in one of my case build named "Clearity" few pic below.

i have seen some parts available on dealextreme .. they are quite cheap n i guess worth for starters and experimenting purposes...
