Corsair H60 some queries

I am planning to get a corsair h60 for my config (shown in my signature). Purpose is to make my processor cool(obviously) at stock frequencies only, as from past 3 mnths the tempreatures are going up i dont know why, as well as to get rid of the noise my stock cooler makes.

I have few doubts before proceeding to place my order:

1)Is it a good cooler?

2)Main thing : will it fit in my cabinet, i have cooler master elite 310 (pic shown below)?

3)How much temp. difference can be noticed on stock frequencies (right now its 54-55degree idle)?

4)Any other tips/etc?

1. Yes it is a good cooler

2. Yes it will fit in your cabinet

3. Stock Idel temps should fall by almost 10 degree's or so

4. H60 comes with a single fan, you can add one more and do Push-Pull for better performance

OP is getting the H60 for ~2000/- from a fellow member, I doubt SVG Tech offers that cheap closed loop water coolers.
