PC Peripherals Corsair H70 pump noise

Today i bought the corsair H70 form theitwares and installed in on my rig. After 30 minutes or so of being installed I started to hear a noise.I quickly opened the side of the PC case and realized it was the pump making the noise.

Is this product defective? Is there a fix or should I RMA? It's keeping my CPU cool, but the noise is loud

Havent seen the video, but I use mine without any case, and sleep in the same room as PC, no noise so as to speak of. Its the most silent setup that I have used, when compared to Venomous X with many many different fans, V6GT, Thor Hammer.
