exactly my point. how do you know they are not loading it 150%? and claiming it to be 75%?

Intel QX9770 + Intel X48 + Seagate SATAII 120GB + Corsair 4x1GB DDR3 1333MHz + ATI 4850 Crossfire = 302W @ LOAD

Obviously 99% budget SMPS cant handle above system.

Marketing gimmicks- did Corsair really need to do that?. :|
(yeah, though when a psu goes out like that- it may take everything else with it.
So maybe intex/iball/mercury/colorsit/zebronics generic or platinum/... users may have something to see what maybe a possibility if they get optimistic. )
