My Corsair VX450 died after just 2 days. To whom should I RMA? Tirupati? What forms should I fill? Should I pack it? Will they ask for bill? Should I pay anything?
 
if today is the 2nd day then contact the dealer u bought it from (if locally) coz in that case u will get an instant replacement.

most dealers entertain 2-3days instant replacement warranty.

2moro is sunday so the RMA centres n Distributers will remain closed.. so act fast.
 
Thanks, but I bought it about a week ago, installed it only 2 days ago. Anyway, I called the Corsair toll free and they gave the no. of my city's service center. They said they accept for RMA only m-f and sat till 1:00. also said 5 days for RMA. Great service so far Corsair!
 
anyways u can always try talkin 2 ur local dealer.....IF generous...he may offer u instant replacement OR a standby psu..try ur luck.
 
oh thanks. i'm in chennai and already found the center. going to give it on monday. will they replace with a new product or repair it? if they rerpair, will it work properly?
