there is a certain amount of misguidance happening on TE with most products and their supposedly great or lack of After sales service
members with their perception go about saying how great a product after sales service is, just by hearing what other peoples say. They might not have had the experience of RMA'ing that products
Its just the general perception here that
Viewsonic sucks
Dell rocks
Corsair rocks
Transcend sucks
There were so many threads by members on how pathetic Dell RMAs have been,when they exprienced it and now Corsair. Similarly people bash Viewsonic on its RMA, not sure how many of them have really experienced it
I am not comparing products RMa quality, they may be good or bad, but only speak if you have experienced it, not on your perceptions
And some dealers vouch on how great the RMA process is blah blah and the reality seems much different, when someone goes through it
