Review Courier Service Feedback

If it's has reached your city then you can enquire about it to your delivery PO. They can check and pinpoint the exact location of the package. However the delivery is allowed from the destined PO only.
Went to local post office to check and it seems finally the parcel has moved after so much hassle. I have filed complaints on Post office IVRS, Website, Pgportal. Not sure if it is due to complaint or random. Complaint also has no update and no clue. Post Office internally used SAP ERP Software and there is shows correct up to date tracking. The website still shows Dispatched from Ahmedabad on 28/05/25.

Delhivery has been the worst , Almost all of the times my parcel will reach my city and then delivered after like a week.

On the other hand blue dart is on another level , Delivers in like 2 days.

It quite certain that it moved because of your complain. HQ takes complains very seriously and probably it will deliver to you in priority basis now.
I once complaint against a postman in their online portal. The very next day he came to my house with my misplaced parcel(surprisingly even without calling me he found my home address) and requested me to withdraw the complaint.

Opp for me. Delhivery is super fast. Blue Dart NEVER delivers on delivery date. They always marked me "non reachable".

As highlighted many times, it all depend son personal exp. esp. the zone you reside in as services across zones vary. I always have outrageous exp. with Bluedart where they even delivered within 18-22hrs flat on a few occasions and they never ever disappointment me till date while the last on my list are fedex, delhivery and now india post esp, that my current ongoing unpleasant exp. for an item from @inc0d3r.
Kudos to him he is doing everything possible from his ends and finally the packaged moved after residing for a good 8 days at Ahmadabad. Gosh! even the IPL finals are over i wonder what the package was doing there? Was it roaming on the streets exploring the foods or lazing off in some dark corner like the postmen there.

Jokes apart but this ones another serious nightmare after my last India post horrendous exp. from jaisalmer to Pune which took a 30 day Mr Bing journey while again residing in Gujarat, at vapi for 15+ days. Now I feel that gujarati postmen are lazy or kamchors!

I once paid over ₹500 for a 2 days delivery service from Bluedart for shipping some important documents. Didn't get delivered even in 5 days. Stopped using since.

DTDC is so and so.
Delhivery from my side has been great. On the receiving end however was a nightmare in one event.

Doesn't Shiprocket give OTP on delivery?
One of my packages just reached and I didn't get any. It's been delivered. I wouldn't have known if not for the delivery message alert.
It was delivered via Delhivery btw.

So finally the drama unfolded and the parcel showed up in my city on early Sunday morning and yesterday got the delivery almost at post late evening!
The parcel was small and intact with no tampering and the good inside were as is with no damages..a sigh of relief!

Never ever gonna use shit india post again, will better opt for a pvt. courier.
Notice the mystery period..

I went and told post master that in this much time I would have went bare foot to Pune and delivered parcel. He also had no clue. I raised 2 complaints online on post office website, 1 complaint via phone, 1 complaint on pg portal, 1 via some local post office employee who called his friend in Pune post office, 1 via post master who again called some one in Pune post office.

I also would want to bring to everyone’s notice of the poor state of infrastructure in post offices as well. In scrotching heat of north India where temperatures are soaring 45 degrees the post office in my area had no cooler and AC. Slow fans and frequent power cuts. The employees sweating and working. It felt like a blast furnace. What will these people do if basic life necessity are not provided. Pity our government.

Its saddening how each and every foundational infrastructure of this nation is on the brink of collapse. Privatisation and all sounds nice in theory when things are all well and good. In a crysis these infrastructures become the backbone of survival. Yet the public at large keep on cheering for their collapse. e.g. BSNL, India Post, Railways etc.

Typical sarkari thing which isn't gonna change anytime in fact never. The babus enjoy all the privileges while worker class lives a third class life.
