CPU/Mobo Cpu Fan controller software issue in windows 7

Hi TE
I am not able to slow down my cpu fan speed in windows 7 64 bit with speedfan software but before when i was using xp 32bit it was working fine
Tried in all modes xp,vista, and administrator mode also but no result:S will it won't work in windows 7 or is there any other software which works with windows 7 easily.

Tried Mobo utility also, i.e Dual core center getting error, it does not support, Try running in windows compatible mode also no result
