Budget 41-50k CPU for Photoshop & Home entertainment

i want to build a New PC.Basic usage is Photoshop,Adobe illustrator,Watching movies,browsing.Most important thing is the PC will be running for almost 17-18 hours every day.

My Budget 40-42k max.
my requirements are 3rd generation i5/i7
Good motherboard(Asus?)
PSU,fans whatever (err..i dont have slightest idea about them :p )
I am thinking about adding Graphic card later because of budget constraints,so i need onboard graphics.
Also thinking about adding /or replacing HDD with SSD in future.So an option for that.

i already have the following things so exclude them from the budget.
Monitor
mouse
UPS
Speakers

Location: Hyderabad

Bit Fenix Outlaw APAC edition ~3800/- (from Bhumika Peripherals in CTC, Secunderabad)
LOGITECH K200 ~450/-

RAM - DDR2 3GB(2+1GB)
Monitor - Samsung B2230
SMPS - none
Cabinet - Basic cabinet from Zebronics (Rs.800 or something)
Speakers - Creative 2.1
UPS - APC 1000VA
keyboard - Microsoft
Mouse - Dell

Yes, will upgrade the following within 12 months.
I will add a graphic card.
replace HDD with SSD or add SSD along with the existing HDD

i am really interested in knowing your opinion about Cooler Master CM 690 II Advance/Corsair Carbide 400R for Cabinet
and i7 3770/3.4 GHz for processor(not sure about this but i am just giving a thought)
