CPU+mobo+Ram+cabinet for 10-11K

Hi everyone

Want to assemble a system for 10-11k. Need for listing music and watching movies.
Now I want onboard sound good like if possible realtec ALC889 or similar sound quality card. Please suggest which components should I go for specially mobo. I have decided this by going through PC buying guide Nov-

Processor- Amd sempron 140 (is it good enough or should I go for AMD Athlon II X2 245) -1700
Kingston DDRIII- 2 GB- 1700
500 GB hard drive- 1750
Iball cabinet with SMPS- 1500
DVD RW - 950
Total - 7600

Mobo- Please suggest.

It would be awesome if motherboard has digital output to connect Z5500.

All suggestion are appreciated. Please reply.

Kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHz @ 1.7k

Cabinet + PSU @ 1.5k

Total - 11.2k

with more apps becoming multithreaded these days better get dual core atleast. that mobo has Realtek ALC888B.

Cabinet + PSU @ 1.5k

Total - 11.2k
