My mom is in the USA and would be coming back in a couple of months so was thinking of upgrading my current setup of i4700k .

My pick : Ryzen 7 5600 ($199) + Asus TUF x570 ($147)+ Corsair 32 GB RAM. ($147)

My question is :
1. Is it worth it getting these from USA ?
2. Prices are from Newegg - any better deal ?
3. Is it better pricing than India ? How much do I end up saving.

If I were in your place I'd get her carry any apple high end product say iPhone or MacBook, sell here and use the profit margin towards these purchases which are available more or less same price here. In short pc peripherals aren't the best thing one can get from the States.
Also what exact make/model, frequency and timing of 32gb ram kit, are you intending to get?

About 2)- Check if there's a Microcenter near her.

Processor & Ram okay since they carry global warranty. But in case of mobo consider buying locally for swift warranty claim.

If there is Microcenter nearby, it can be even cheaper. Microcenter often has $20 off when buying combo of mobo and proccy. Also recently they were having promo of $50 off for new customers.

OTOH, for 5600 from Newegg, use SLKDLS736 to get it for $184!

1) No

3) Not really, add 10% USA state taxes too.

You are going for ryzen when intel is ahead (for now after 3 years) with 12400f and is available in India ~15k and less.
