Budget 0-20k CPU+MOBO+RAM Upgrade for Video Editing

Hi Guys,

Need some help upgrading my system. I mostly used it for Video Editing on Lightworks and Premiere with some Phohotoshop and After Effects. The system I had was a bit slow but overall worked ok. Unfortunately the mobo crashed and I'm now forced to upgrade
