Windows Creating a File Name Ledger for my 5+ Ext HDD and NAS for easy Searching

I have like 5+ Ext HDD and contents are scattered across all of them. I recently built a NAS and am trying to organize things. I cant fully dump my files onto my NAS since i only have around 10+ TB. Have like 4TBx4 as ext HDD , Few 5TB ones and few 1TB ones as Ext HDD.

For now i want to automate in a way were

1. A software which can create a list of file names from each ext drives + NAS and store them either in single file or multiple file named respectively based on Ext HDD sn or whatever which can be unique.

2.Update this list on the fly and whenever i change files(add/delete/rename) and update this database for easy search later on.

3. Integrate this list into Listary

I know there are softwares which can create excel file with list of file names . How can i automate them ?

Have used cathy before
Extremely fast, small and portable. There are some functions to add, but if all software would be as effective computers would be smarter than most of humans.
Pros: Extremely fast Extremely small Completely free
Cons: lack if seeking filters every drive have to be scanned into single file.
