creative zen-white screen only!

I had a 8gb creative zen, It working normally without problems for 1.5 yr. But now, whenever the power is on the white screens only displayed. I tried creative service center, but they said that it cannot be resolved.

Any one had similar problems like these, is there any method to rectify?

I tried many resources throughout web(W S O D), But no resolve till.
