Btw quick update in case anyone is thinking of buying the Lenovo M300 - mine appeared to have a small manufacturing defect. The mouse foot at the top seemed to have a sharp edge instead of rounded and it was making a scraping noise on the mouse pad. I used a nail file to bring down the edge a bit and that seems to have worked.
