rite said:You got the calculation wrong.
It is 41 or so FPS in 16x10 advanced.
At 16x10 gamer it will be 60+.
At 19x10 gamer it will be around 50 or so. but 50+.
And there isn't too much difference btw a GTS 250 and a 5770, at most 15-20%.
And depending on which level etc he is, there can be some performance difference.
So he might be right if he says that he is playing at 19x10 Gamer (which is the lowest available in the beta) on a GTS 250 with FPS hovering around 50-60 FPS for most of th time, if not around 60 where there is anyway a cap.
Also, please note that 60+ is still 60 so that lowers your actual average. If you remove the cap, the avg FPS goes up. So the results in that benchmark will probably increase by 2-5 FPS to get a really accurate benchmark.
I am not saying that he is lieing or he isnt lieing. But it is perhaps possible (will need to be actually tested to confirm tho) to run Crysis 2 at 19x10 lowest/Gamer settings with really good around 60 FPS performance especially if you have a Core i5/i7 with 3+GB RAM with you!
