CSGO help fix loss

How to fix loss in CSGO?
Are there any console commands to fix it?, Or is it totally dependent on internet?, Sometimes I get 0% loss, but randomly it starts increasing to 5-10%.
 
Mostly it is dependent on internet but sometimes there could be other causes :-
  • Windows update downloading in background.
  • Someone else is using internet heavily while you are gaming.
  • Using wireless internet instead of ethernet.
  • Your devices doing backups (mostly at night) when they are plugged in and connected to internet.

I've paused windows updates and I use ethernet cable, still I face loss, maybe it's due to internet instability, I use BSNL fibre.
 
Are you joining Valve servers or 3P servers, and which region are they in?
What rates are you using?
 
Try mobile data with USB tethering. If its your ISP (which is what happens to me on some games like APEX), that will fix it.
