Someone else is using internet heavily while you are gaming. Using wireless internet instead of ethernet. Your devices doing backups (mostly at night) when they are plugged in and connected to internet.

I've paused windows updates and I use ethernet cable, still I face loss, maybe it's due to internet instability, I use BSNL fibre.

I don't think it is same as Apex, not sure why but apex doesn't work with LAN and will work with mobile data
