Customer rants about bad service on facebook, Vodafone threats to sue!

This is just the start, ( HATE it ) coz the new IT policy of India which has been framed sucking up these corporate houses will not allow any public comments under the prevention of name calling and disrepute caused to these companies..
I say Supreme court should be called in..
and that ullu, arindam speaks so highly of the present it policy !!! as if he made it !!!
 
Do the mobile operator heads have too much time to do all these legal stuff ?? Why dont they spend time to make better their service so no body will bug them in future!! :lol:
