Datacard question

Hi Guys,

Just a quick question : Can I force datacard for exclusively using HSDPA\3g? . The thing is when I used reliance 3g on my android device, it would connect to 2g only at my place and I had to turn 2g connectivity off in my phone to force it to connect to H\3g only. Now I am planning to buy a data card so asking if its possible otherwise I think I'll be stuck with 2g only.

Yes you can, if you use mobile partner, then go to tools > option > network > and select HSDPA only form the first drop-down box

My data card is over heated regularly. What are the reasons of over heating of my data card ?

I use MDMA to force my datacard to connect to 3G if for some reason it connects to EDGE/2G
