DDR2 RAM (2GB slots, 667 or 800mHz)

Looking to buy a pair of DDR-2 RAM.

if 667 mhz - 2GB slots x2.
if 800 mhz - 2GB slots x4

Please let me know if anyone has something biting dust and and wanted to dispose those.

you got it right. 2gb per stick,

if 667 i will buy two to replace my 1gb ones.
if 800mhz than i have to replace all 4 sticks ( 2gb x 4).

the reviews doesn't look good for ddr2 ram in Amazon/ebay hence checking TE first.
