Looking to buy a pair of DDR-2 RAM.

if 667 mhz - 2GB slots x2.
if 800 mhz - 2GB slots x4

Please let me know if anyone has something biting dust and and wanted to dispose those.
 
Could you please clarify:
667 MHz - 2GB slots x2 - does it mean you need 2 GB two sticks? Same question for 800 MHz

you got it right. 2gb per stick,

if 667 i will buy two to replace my 1gb ones.
if 800mhz than i have to replace all 4 sticks ( 2gb x 4).
