CPU/Mobo DDR2 wanted

Guys I want DDR2 memory 667 MHz will do, but I'm looking at something low latency. I already have DDR2 800 but its just 1 gig, so looking for a replacement for that.

anything worthy that I can get in India? Or must I source from outside only?

Anything in corsair? I have some 3200XL's that I can sell for more cash

yep those are even more of a bomb.. they are samsung TCCD chips. I have never OC'ed em, and they are JEDEC 2-2-2-5 DDR 400 @ 1T hyeah:

bought em for 32K (512 x 4)
