budget: 6k + 1.5k (for gpu)

system requirements
- ddr3 build
- 4c cpu
- no xeon-based/workstation type builds
- this is without the GPU & looking for a GPU around 1-1.5k

have fx6300 + asus le 2.0 + 4gb ram, if you are near delhi let me know. This has been in a box for a couple of years.
