You want to check the card or is there any other hidden agenda. I am sooooo glad I am not dealing with you. I am a very straightforward person ( ask anyone who has ever met/dealt with me ) and always take responsibility, but if I was in Udit's place I would have :@

If you want to test the card then follow his conditions, else you can just bugger off.

Udit has agreed to refund the money. he wanted me to give him the card and he said he will transfer the money by Monday. I along with Moneydeep went to his place. I did not step in his house ( as he PMed me that he does not want me to come to his house), Moneydeep handed the Auzentech Xplosion soundcard to Udit's assistant in presence of Udit. Udit's assistant acknowleged the same in his presence. As per our PM conversation Udit will be transferring the money in my account by Monday. I have sent him a PM to transfer the money asap. Just wanted everyone to be aware of the same.

About the part where I didn't allow him to step into my house. Well he was threatening me via someone (can't name him) that he can send 10 Thugs to my place. If I Didn't Refund his Money & other crap threats like "I'm going to see you" (tone as if he is a Don). Now you guys tell me would you let such a person into your household???

Also I didn't want a Don like character to be the owner of my Sound Card as in case of future incidents he would threaten me again thus I'm refunding his money to get rid of him Forever.

All this after it worked on XP in his PC

I never called him a Bastard too

I've called/told him the following only:

1) Bloody Crook

2) b**ch

3) Don't Screw with Me

Vista 64bit test tomorrow in the Presence of TE Members "deathvirus_me" & "madmaniac" (Probably)
 
Whatever the results of the test, personally I wouldn't have had anything to do with the OP with the way he started this thread. The matter's done with, but I just couldn't help voicing my opinion on the whole episode.

Both the OP and Udit are better off without each other.
 
Why these threats from girish78 when it was agreed that the card will be tested on sunday.

You did the right thing Udit. No point allowing such anti-social elements to enter your home.
 
:) I am also a hothead and I wrote an offensive mail against Udit...Now it seems I was wrong if Girish is threatening someone for a sound card...

Anyways the matter is over..

^^ No disrespect but I doubt anyone has a clear proof that who's fault is it in the first place, but we are glad nevertheless that it is resolved. Udit has a good thing taking it back but mohitpreet calling others as "thugs" is highly unjustified. Respect and be respected.

What is done is done!! Let's not call people NAMES for no reason. Mods please close this thread. Its not the first time that we see a bad sale happening- nothing new. But insulting people and calling people names is not the way of a civilized

I tested the card on 12th April, 2009 in front of TE members "deathvirus_me" & "madmaniac" & it is working on Vista 64bit

have refunded him the money today & he will get the money tomorrow

but since he started the thread as "don't deal with udit" nobody is even viewing my sale now
