@Amarbir, if you were into a situation you should have solved that first and then returned to your customers as available.
You tried to carry both things together and this is where you went wrong.
If you've flagged your self, here at TE, as unavailable for personal reason till X date, I bet no-one(@TE) would have tried to pinned you.

I called you whenever you did not keep your promise... i did not call you everyday because I like to talk to you.
As far as TE is concerned, if it would not have been for this website i would not have been dealing with you. You know I trust dealers here... that's why I was going to buy something from you. When I had a rotten experience with you, I needed to share it with folks here. Also, I never said "WAIT AND WATCH WHAT I WILL DO WITH YOU ON TE"... instead I said: "I won't call you anymore, i will deal with you at TE".
As for refunding the money is concerned, I neither used online transfer to pay you Rs 585 nor want to use it to receive the money from you. Your team called me twice (and not 4 or 5 times) asking for my account number, but sorry I don't give my bank account number to everyone. May be, you can say this is one precaution that I take while dealing with people online.
BTW, this matter is over between you and me. If you are sending the money back, send it. If you are keeping it, keep it. And if you are going to treat your buyer the way you treated me, continue doing so... it's all your wish

And in between humiliated him some, wasted his time, gave false assurances... in sum treated him like shi*t bag... but of course, we are refunding him his Rs 585 so he can rest easy and throwing in his face our website policies that were never told while I made promises on the phone. This should be enough... after all I am The Seller and he is just one stupid buyer.

Also mate, if you are running such a big store, have such a big consumer base, and give out such amazing offers, then why are you trying to cut corners by understaffing yourself and taking the brunt of so much work onto your shoulders? I am sure your business is doing well enough that you can hire a few workers for your shop and instruct them in the handling of your orders.
Anyhow, I hope that you find solutions to your problems and keep giving us great deals. But being rude with people is just not justified at any level.

I completely agree and support you on this issue. Although I don't have a direct experience with amarbir in buying but I have a similar experience where I had paid for a friend (name secret upon his request) as he couldn't make a NEFT payment and so me too was involved in that transaction.
There was some problems with the payment and my NEFT got reversed. Before it got reversed my friend called amarbir twice(not more than that) to confirm whether he got the payment or not as it had been over 4 days since I made the NEFT. My friend told me that amarbir was too rude with him when he talked on phone and even humiliated him. I said then cancel the order but he was really in need of one and moreeover it was his order and not mine so I didn't interfere much.
It was no one's mistake actually that the payment got revered to my account. When I called up the CC they told me that my bank sent the payment but there was some error from his bank's side which refunded me the payment and hence I also wasn't charged for anything which I normally get if my payment gets reversed due to my mistake. The way amarbir chose to handle the situation itself shows how he 'really' thinks of his customers and treats them! Of course after this experience I would never ever buy anything from him and even told my friend not to do so. But that's not all.
I respect him not only because he is a senior member here but also a much senior person than me by age. But this surely doesn't give him ANY right to treat people like that. Any insult to my friend is like offending me indirectly as like I said above I too was involved in the transaction indirectly!
Of course since I wasn't the actual buyer I couldn't leave negative iTrader for this else I would surely have one!

The explanation that you gave here is not valid IMO. Whatever you said you are doing is part of your business and is required for that. It's not that you are doing something great! If you don't want to / can't handle the burden then don do that! It's that SIMPLE! Treating people in such a shitty manner for your inefficiency is NOT the correct way!

You know what I told Baljeet and tried telling you: after all that happened, after how you flew off the handle when I asked why you gave me false promise and told me that you are canceling the deal, I said, look mate, ship my product tomorrow or simply tell when you are going to ship it and all is fine. Hot talk happens but we move on... I wanted an earphone, you were selling it. Let's cut the crap... let's go through the deal.
But you were not even willing to listen... you just kept repeating: your order is canceled, we are sending your money back. I mean what an attitude!

I already stated that I CONFIRMED from my bank that it wasn't their fault but YOUR bank's fault with the transaction. Secondly, it's YOU who took Prasanna's words that way although AFAIK, confirming for payment isn't accusing someone as theif! (Exaggerating number of times he called won't do any good btw!)
Regarding you being one and we being 15 why don you think that WHY EVEN 15! Regarding why people buy from you - I NEVER did and will surely never after this experience. Dunno about others.
