Hi All,

We are fully aware of Amarbir and what he has done in the past. We are reviewing this issue and will get back to you this weekend. Hold on till then.

Also we are reviewing rest of the dealers as well.

And members are more important than anyone else to us. So do not panic wrt.

It was me Who had send the resignation to you that time because the entire pressure was on me at my shop to handle internet traffic that had become unmanageable for me .After i posted my resignation "Which Was accepted " i worked on that suggestions i got all over .I have new people more people for internet work .When again and again people say "REMOVED" I think the staff should indeed tell them i "RESIGNED " .I Am Selling just handful of items on TE right now and organizing my works @ lynx shop .As a Dealer i am responsible for work i do on TE completely .In the Past on TE To TE Members who actually brought stuff from me in TE got the best of me to the most of my work ability.If There is a TE Member Who Actually Ordered Stuff from me on TE and did indeed have a issue i am willing to solve that ,How can i solve issues that took place outside TE on TE Platform .Our Website is known for selling all stuff ,We have some in stock and some we have to get from our principals locally .Sometimes These principals do not deliver on a timeframe we have promised this lead to delays in very few orders .If you see the general trend we are now reaching 5600 th + order and while i left TE few months back we were not even near 4k .The Only way i could solve this is not to take orders when stuff is not with me ,But then people come and tell us they are willing to wait for a time frame but ultimately it could be that a few orders do get delayed [ I assure you its not me Its late supplies from principals ] .So i Decided To Sell Only "Audio Stuff " Thats in Stock .But This is not correct that i did many many things wrong on TE .I have a good feedback here also like elsewhere .The Only mistake i have done is that i have jumped to all feedback threads and posted there letting people reply more and untimately making a feedback thread look ugly ,Well i have learnt how to behave on that part .its over with me Hence

4 : NASH : Boss forget it ,i can post your conversation i will not ,But i was very very hurt ,I did your work in time and i have no idea why you did feel you will get a fiio free when i did not get any payment for that bundle .If i send you one free from my pocket is it ok to be friends ,Chill down guys [ i will Wait for your reply here ]

maybe you should have started the second innings with this post ....good luck and hopefully no mishaps this time

LOL when was I not your friend....remember the days when you called me so frequently and chatted for hours.

Also I please request you to open up a Lynx India Grievances thread and close all pending issue that TE members have with the deals within next 2-3 weeks before you start going in full-steam with your deals. That way you will gain back the much needed trust you need.

With Amarbir willing to do almost everything we want a dealer to, I am hopeful he would get one last chance.

Yeah, I think this time around there is genuine change in him and so he deserves another chance

I appreciate this new initiative by him, I hope everyone's happy with him this time :)

P.S I would request Amarbir to send the chat transcripts to Renegade so that the nash thread is removed from the market feedback section
 
one more suggestion , when you are tired and frustrated , take deep breaths , relax , listen to some calming music in your audio station , then pick up your phone calls :D

Please be polite like this from now. you do know that people will come to you coz u stock things that no one else does.
and price it good. We do appreciate that, but dont take us for granted. Online people are more tech inclined as someone above said.
so more patience reqd from you.

Again you dont accept your mistake, but ride past it with smooth talk..Paaji i have no problem with you, but TE's izzat is at stake.. :)

See even here you are giving excuses, abt manufacturers, disti's and all..When you give a dead line why dont u tell people the truth that these people are unreliable and there is no guarantee when their goods will come. This way, if they want the can order somewhere else where the stock is ready, maybe even at a higher price if what they are ordering is important!

There are very simple solutions to your problems, but they require humility and not smooth talk..

Almost everyone here will tell you that there is a marked difference in your tone once the buyer says he has deposited money, maybe its conscious or an unconscious thing, i simply dont know..

You abuse people, you blame them all, when you yourself say u didnt have the man power to conduct the business on such a large scale!!

Why shud people bear a lower grade service when they are paying the price u decided and even before u ship the product..They arent asking for any favors off you, they paid for it, then why shud u give them substandard service?

Its not just abt you here, its abt TE..

TE has a standard and you time and again test the lower limit of that standard...

Te gets bad mouthed, when dealers like you fail to uphold your promises! You will have a thousand excuses but TE moderators and members are not salesmen, they are humble and when they see some thing wrong they will stand up for it..So in the end either we all become salesmen like you and learn to give excuses, or we simply insure that in the whole scene no excuses are involved and the dealings are transparent..

Again Amarbir, no one wud be more happier than me to see you live upto TE standards and be one of TE's best dealer by volume and feedback..But you simply offer excuses instead of action and apologies..

And if this is what you are going to continue in this so called "Second Chance", it will be just a short period of time before someone comes complaining again and all members will pounce on you again..And next time you wont be able to talk your way through it using silly excuses..

Paaji aap idhar aoo we'l have nice dinner with loads of chicken, but chicken and coffee ek side, TE pe no compromise :P

Already izzat ke vatt lagi hai :(

+1 to this.. I guess party monger has had a very nice experience with him and his answer is absolutely spot on when it comes to his excuses, behavior and the way he works. I really doubt he can change but lets see what happens !!
 
Party monger nails it right... Smooth talk is all what Amarbir's post is all about. There are many people here who have been wronged by him. He can not justify what he did earlier, and did on numerous occasions, by all this distributer fault, supply delays and blah blah blah. There is no justification for the way he treated people who contacted him in case of some delays/clarification regarding deal.

I still remember how it went with me... I made the payment and then I simply waited. Posting in his trade threads, PMs and calls... nothing was of help. On every call, he simply said the product will shipped today. That day never came and when I asked for a definite time period for product delivery on phone, I was told "Why are you calling me again and again? I am not going to sell you the product. I am the boss and I decide not to sell you." If this was the case why the f**k accept the payment that was made. This guy was under the impression that he was doing me a big favour by selling me something and I should be grateful to get the product whenever he ships it.

Anyways I am out of this thread... it's TE mods to decide whether Dear Dealer has reformed or not. And it's for the TE community to put up with him. Good luck.

@ Mephistopheles's why are you so behind Amarbir man .Just because he is from your place or what ever you are trying to back him up .We have seen TE and Amarbir more than you .We know his tactics better than you .

I just don't like this "Anti-Amarbir" propaganda :P, if a person has done some wrong deeds that doesn't mean that everything he will do is wrong. :no:

And BTW as soon as you become aware of anything to say against him, you start jumping ? :bleh:

Im not behind anyone sir, its just that when something is wrong, it is wrong and that is irrespective of who did it. And I've seen Amarbir as a person more then you I reckon..he is often misunderstood and I do not blame anyone for this but his way of expressing is where the problem lies.

I do not support any tactics or whatever, just give my neutral unbiased point of view. :)
 
Man looking at the way he is acting now.... so much negative vibe cause of a single member... :(

It was much better when he was gone.... I was thinking of getting a Shure 440 from him but not anymore....
