See this is the problem, first of all that case remains disputed till now and second the sale thread is still open :)

Im neither saying the information given by Amarbir is true or false..I cant conclude something before hearing out both the sides completely and neither should anyone else.
 
1. Who gets the Presumption of innocence here ?

2. Faheem has already posted proof backing his claim

3. Amarbir's proof does not disprove Faheem's claim. It just proves he has a pair of those IEM's ( which faheem agrees?)

The major part of the dispute is regarding Amarbir sending review samples to faheem and who has the ownership of the samples.

And lets not drag that subject in this thread, we should try to stick to the subject of this thread as this thread has a different purpose altogether :)

if only amarbir had done the same ( drag the samples issue onto the sale thread) , we wouldn't be having this discussion :P

Well, if Faheem is indeed selling the same review samples that Amarbir owns then I see no problem in that, but I cannot and do not want to say which person is right or wrong in this case, atleast for now.
 
Best thing is that the thread is deleted now ! Best way to get way out of the situation for mods/admins :P.

Hmm..close this thread also, maybe delete a few of my posts or give me an infraction :|

And ban Amarbir altogether anyways..will stop all this nonsense and yeah, do remember to forfeit his dealership money!

I guess this is not Amarbir's fault, what if the headphones are really review samples and they get sold? I guess then Amarbir cannot do anything about it, I guess he did try to call Faheem who replied in negative about returning it. So lets see how it unfolds, but this might just be the last nail in coffin if Amarbir is not able to prove his accusations.

No No, it most definitely is Amarbir's fault, he is unreasonable and always spreading filth around..thank god we have such good staff who clean up the mess and preserve harmony in this mature community. :|

BTW How will we know how it unfolds?

i guess amarbir has to show the transaction details whether he actually paid for those reveiw samples to head direct(fang) , that will settle the matter that infact he paid for those and were not free

and wat if he had also got them for free-- he still has the right to ask faheem to return them to him but y accuse him by saying that it was an expensive stuff worth 16k something,

so in a way he is asking him to either return the samples or pay up, isn't it ???

Well, people deserve their share of entertainment maybe that's why :P

There are a lot of similar names in the "Users currently viewing this thread" who were also there in the deleted thread
