Use the tracking number on SG post or Indian post website

Free live tracking numbers are only available on orders of $15 or more in value, there is no live tracking available for your order as its $3.

Told me to wait atleast till 6 weeks else refund or new item will be shipped.

Can't you add tracking for a very small amount?
 
@MAGNeT : Its been just 20 days or less since the package was shipped, give it a week or two more.

I have received packages from Dealextreme even after 30-40 days of shipment.[DOUBLEPOST=1363981357][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes for an additional 1.5-2$ or so, but not many will opt for tracking for a 2$ package.

Which is why (I just remembered) I only order in a higher quantity or value, thus getting tracking.
Else there are many people on eBay selling at similar prices, eg cables/chargers

Yes i'll wait for till 15th of April .After that i will raise a flag .

The reason for not going for tracking was the option wasnt present at all.Its only available above 15 dollar purchase whereas i needed just a 3 dollar stuff.

I ordered few items from DX on 24th Dec. THe items were shipped from Singapore post. The status on SG post shows "Items received in destination country(IN) on 13th Jan)"

The tracking number is not working in India Post. How do i proceed. Do i need to contact any specific India Post office
