Decent computer audio on a budget

Where are you located? If you are in bangalore, PM me and I'll help you out. Any other city you'd have to hunt on your own. You can either get the AudioEngine A5 or look for a Mordaunt Short 902i and Norge combo if you are looking for new stuff. If you want used stuff, you can find tonnes of interesting options.

Iam situated in Calicut.Planning to go to Mumbai,,next Tuesday,,to get my new desktop,,
I mite drop at Bangalore,,if possible this weekend,,But then will I get other components for my rig,,apart from 2.1 Speaker setup at reasonable price!

Bangalore is cheaper than Bombay for computer parts. However you need to plan for a saturday. SP Road is closed on Sundays.

You are much better off buying the components online than either going to sp or lamington. Esp. when you consider the hassle to transporting the eq. back to calicut. It would be ok to get a single card or hdd or something but what you spend traveling within the cities would probably leave you with a pretty slim margin than what you'd get in calicut.

Ernakulam has a few decent dealers in the panampilly nagar area and i think technomake is somewhat cheap in calicut... at least they were 5 years ago.
